Location & price.

I have used the hotel before and it suits my needs but charges up front for in room safe that is not needed.

Hotel is clean and has everything a budget hotel should have. The included breakfast needs an upgrade; I never partake except for coffee.

Restaurants were close.

We had a asked for non smoking room, ended up with smoking.

We were given a smoking room. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. The room smelled awful. The air cleaning machine never made it to our room. There were wet towels from the former guest hanging in the room. Had there been another hotel with rooms available we would have gone there. We will not stay at Microtel again. ...read more

I have stayed at a few Microtel Inns and have never been disappointed. The one in Baltimore had a waffle maker and this one didn't. We enjoyed the waffles in Baltimore would have liked them in Zephyrhills but no biggie. ...read more

The shower nosel could not be ajusted/repositioned. The continental breakfast could use some Bannanas & Yogurt.

This Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable & the wakeup call was on time.
